Hi,

Troubleshooting issues may take a while. For example there were two Enfold parent themes installed on your website. I was not able to remove the old one from WordPress dashboard, therefore i deleted it via FTP. Please try updating WordPress version. It seems like you have changed admin logins so we are not able to do that for you.

If you change your mind, we will be here, willing to try and help you :)

Hi,

I edited your page and choose to display LayerSlider using Advanced Layerslider element in Media Elements tab of ALB and then added Video element right below it and chose to display it only on mobile. Then went to LayerSlider WP options and chose to hide your slider on mobile.

Could you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all theme files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?
If that does not work either, please post FTP logins here privately as well and let us know if we can de-activate all active plugins and overwrite theme files if necessary?

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hey,

Please go to Appearance > Menus and add a new Custom Link with # for URL and add it to your menu and place your submenus below it. That certain menu item with # for URL will not be clickable and it will only display submenu items :)

I was not able to login to your site due to IP restriction you have. If solutions above do not work for you, please disable restriction temporarily so we can look into it :)
