Hi,

Please copy /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia folder to your live server as well. You can find dynamic stylesheet there :)

FTP logins would help in case we are going to need to modify theme files to integrate UberMenu.

Thanks for the information.

Could you please post WP admin logins for both staging and live site so we can login and compare the differences? FTP access would help as well, in case we need to edit theme files.

As for screenshots, you can upload them on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here :)

You can create your products using ALB however you would need to add elements that you would like to display manually under Plugin Additions tab. Hi!

Did you make any changes on theme files (such as functions.php, header.php files etc.)? If you have not, you can go ahead and update the theme. You will not lose your work but you may need to reconfigure some settings/elements such as menu items.

To be on the safe side, you can create a testing environment – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and update the theme there and see if anything breaks :)

Yes, it would definitely save us some time :)

I checked your parent theme and it reads “Version: 5.8” (the latest version of the theme is currently 4.2) however it still shows older screenshot so i believe issue should be fixed when you update the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.

Please find WooCommerce shortcodes here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/. You can use “rand” option on “orderby” attribute to display random products on page load.

Hey!

I added Comments element under Content Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder to the bottom of your page and it shows up fine. You would need to add Comments element manually on pages/post you created with ALB :)

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and insert your username and API key from ThemeForest to receive auto updates.

If you already inserted your username and API key in Enfold theme options but not receiving updates, please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest.

Your website currently does not load on my end however looking at the error you are getting, it seems to be related to “wp-better-categories” plugin. Please try removing it via FTP and check if that helps.
