Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I am not really sure why you are having such weird issue. Could you please try using a different browser and check if it is browser related? Alternatively, we can remove your “ccupcps” account then you can re-register in – https://kriesi.at/support/register/. That would probably solve the issue. If you would like us to delete that account, please post purchase code you used to register in private content field so we can validate :)

Please remove it and flush cache in cache plugin you are using and that should help :)

Please make sure you are using Enfold 4.2.2 (you can check in Appearance > Themes and click on Enfold) – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If you are, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

Yes, that would be fine. You can install the theme on your localhost and later move it to your live server. You can also create a testing environment using the same license :)
