Hey,
Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.
If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it :)

I could not reproduce the issue on either backend or frontend. Does it happen while on a certain page?

@tonyaleigh the problem is, Instagram made changes on their API so we needed to update our Instagram widget. But since this happened after we released the theme, it will be included in upcoming update :)Best regards,

I replaced header.php file of the theme to make it backwards compatible with older versions of PHP and flushed cache. Please review your website :)

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Issue occurs on PHP versions older than 5.6. It is recommended to use PHP 5.6 or higher (preferably 7.x.). If changing PHP version does not help, Rikard’s suggestion should help. Other than these two possible ones, you should not have any issues updating other website.
In case you run into any issues, please feel free to start a thread with “Urgent” included in thread title and we will try to help as soon as we can.

Some files were not overwritten correctly (inside enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder). I deleted and uploaded the folder again and that helped. Please review your website :)

@Japracool Could you please try deleting the file and then re-uploading it via FTP? One other user had the same issue and overwriting the file helped her.
If you would like us to look into it, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well :)Best regards,

@yumanji Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.2.6 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and make sure you are using PHP version higher than 5.6 (you can contact your hosting provider).

Child theme kullanmiyorsunuz sanirim degil mi?
– Appearance > Editor sekmesine gidin ve sagdaki listeden Functions.php dosyasi uzerine tiklayin
– Assagidaki satiri bulun (dosyanin baslarinda)if(isset($avia_config['use_child_theme_functions_only'])) return;– Assagidaki kodu yukaridaki satirin hemen altina ekleyin

We are not able to find websites through API keys. Envato might be able to do it but i am not really sure.
In future, you could generate an API key for each website and label it accordingly to find which sites are closed or not :)Regards,

I added following code to bottom of Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { #top #wrap_all .av_header_transparency { background: transparent; position: absolute!important; }}then flushed cache. Please review your website :)
