You can switch to Default Editor and add Partner/Logo element using Magic Wand icon, create your element, then copy the shortcode and paste it in any Footer Column you would like in Appearance > Widgets section

You can create a widget area in Appearance > Widgets then in Avia Layout Builder, you can add Widget Area element under Content Elements to any page you want

FYI, no. Our queue system goes from the oldest queries to the newest ones. So bumping actually replaces your query from its current position to the end of the queue.
Can you post a screenshot and show where exactly you would like to display button? You can use Text Block element and insert codes in Text TabRegards,

You are currently using Enfold version 1.8.2. Please update it to version 2.3.2. There has been many small bug fixes and improvements in the theme since 1.8.2. Let us know if issue remains after updating
