You are currently using very old version of Enfold (v1.3.1) which is not compatible with WordPress 3.7. Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold with and go to Downloads section to download the newest version of Enfold.

It is not that easy to pull it off. You are going to need to hire a freelance developer for that kind of a customization if you really need it.
