First and third issues are working fine right now. For second issue, please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. You have many of them, i did not want to deactivate them. And for widget issue, please try using this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-php/

You can try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. I see no speed issue when clicked on back to top button. Speed will change depending on the size of the content you have on your page. Which version of the theme are you using? He has changed the version in Style.css file so i cannot see which version you are using

You are currently using Enfold version 1.7 which is fairly old comparing to the latest version 2.4.2. Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the most recent version of the theme and update your theme via FTP. That should solve the issue. There have been many bug fixes and improvements in the theme, so it is always good to stay up-to-date :)

It looks just fine on my end. I tried refreshing home page and none of the elements changed position.
