You can update the codes i have posted as following

No, you can use Style.css file of your child theme to add custom CSS codes. Please make sure that wp-content>uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 )

Please add following code to Quick CSS as well to make smoother transition when header goes from colored to transparent
```

And as for transparent background IE, please try css hacks from websites like Stackoverflow. I wanted to give it a shot but as you can see the scope of our support, unfortunately it is not something we can help you with.

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
```
div .logo { left: 35%; }
.main_menu { right: 25%; }
```
You can use this as a starting point. You may need to adjust the values to center elements perfectly or you may need to add additional custom CSS code.
