It seems like you have changed 173px to 170px in width and max-width rules. Please increase them back to 173px like Ismael suggested and it should work fine.

Please edit Color Section element and choose “no padding” on Section Padding and that should do it

If you would like to add elements to your page, you should not choose that page as your blog page in Enfold theme options and add Blog Posts element to your page instead to display your blog posts and be able to add other elements at the same time
