Hi!

Please flush browsers cache and refresh your page a few times. If you are using a child theme, you can try adding the code to bottom of Style.css file of your child theme in Appearance > Editor or into Custom.css file of your parent theme.

You can add followind code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed
```
.av-main-nav>li>a { height: 50px; line-height: 50px; }
```
Depending on the header behaviours you are using, you may need to add !important rule to the code :)

Do you have any caching plugins installed? If so, please try flushing their settings as well. As i checked earlier today, the code i posted may apply later due to caching. Please also paste all your custom CSS code on http://pastebin.com/ and post the link here so we can check if there is anything wrong with codes

Please Edit one of your pages and in Avia Layout Builder, go to Media Elements and add Easy Silder element to your page. Click on it to edit your Easy Slider
I would suggest you to import dummy data in Enfold theme options and edit existing pages to get familiar with Avia Layout Builder. You can also find Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/

I am not sure that i understand the issue clearly. Can you elaborate?
You can request a refund from Envato Support as i mentioned in my previous posts but downloading/updating/uploading the theme process is the same for all WordPress themes so there is no theme issue here.
