Hi!

No, you do not need to purchase another license to update the theme. You should login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version, which is 2.6.4, and update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

4- I checked the slider on Safari, Firefox and Chrome but could not reproduce the issue. Which OS and browser are you using?
