Please add following code to Quick CSS as well

```
Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px
I have also updated the code i posted in my previous post. Please do not forget to update it

It is possible but You are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
