You are still using an older version of WPML (3.1.4) which is not compatible with WordPress 3.9+. Please update it to the version 3.1.5

You can insert Easy Slider element inside 3/4 Column element but fullwidth elements would work only fullwidth hence the name

You should just overwrite the files via FTP you do not need to delete existing ones and updating from WP backend is not a bad idea but i prefer updating via FTP to make sure all files get overwritten.

Why do not you use bbPress instead – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress/ ? Enfold is fully compatible with bbPress

Before contacting your service provider, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme (2.8.1) and also deactivate all active plugins and check if that helps.
