You can go to Appearance > Editor and edit Functions.php file. But please keep in mind that if there happens to be a punctional error in the code, you are going to need to fix it via FTP.

It should be done using Quick CSS field but backend is RTL and that changes the code and it does not look as it should. That is why using Custom.css file for your custom CSS code would be better

1- Please edit your page in Advanced Layout Editor, add Team Member element to your page under Content Elements – http://i.imgur.com/eH5fYUs.png
2- Please go to Appearance > Menus and uncheck “use as MegaMenu” on the menu item with submenus. Currently it is set to display as MegaMenu. Please also see – http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/92503669
