Please go to Enfold theme options > General Styling tab and put the code inside Quick CSS field. You can also add your custom CSS code to Custom.css file inside Enfold/css folder

```
If you would like to apply only on mobile phone, please replace 767px with 480px :)

Hey!

No, it will remain the same as long as theme names are matching. You can also add your custom CSS code to custom.css file inside Enfold/css folder and back it up
