Also, you may have Enfold installed in another directory, so please make sure that you are updating the correct one.

Hey Brian!

Please go to Appearance > Editor and edit Header.php file. You can create a child theme and move edited file to your child theme to avoid losing the changes you have made. Please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
