Hey!

Maybe Wamp server is not active. Please try restarting it. Have you tried other themes or other installations on your computer?

Yes, we are using bbPress plugin which is fully compatible with Enfold and additionally we are using some plugins that were developed by Kriesi only for Kriesi.at.

Yes, both answers are correct. After setting permalinks to default, you can change them as needed. Maybe there was an issue with permalinks and flushing them should help.

Please see “Update through WordPress” section here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If you add API key and purchase code in Enfold theme options, you should be notified when there is a new version of the theme.

You can go to Downloads section on ThemeForest and Enfold file there is the latest version
