Sorry about that. We usually check if OP’s problem was solved before closing the topic but that still happens sometimes when topics get hi-jacked, that is why we ask users to start their own topics usually.
Fonts are trying to load from http://walyaswimwear.teroopuatawhai.com/ and cannot that causes the issue. Code Josue posted should fix it. Therefore, unfortunately you are going to need to access .htaccess file and edit it to troubleshoot the issue.
