You can give your Color Section element an unique ID ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/12/color-section-ID.png ) and then use following code not to affect other elements
```
#your-custom-id { min-height: 50px !important; height: 50px !important; }
```
I could not see the navigation on your homepage, so cannot provide more accurate code :/

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

Ben yokken diger arkadaslar denk gelirse onlarda yardimci olabilsin vakit kaybetmeyin diye Ingilizce yaziyorum

Front-end seems to be working fine. You may need to re-order menu as shown in screenshot – http://i.imgur.com/5RV16vv.png
If you are having issues on the back-end as well, please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files
