Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.
What i meant to say was, please choose not to display buttons, save your element, update your page and then choose to display buttons and enter your links

@bstevy Please try renaming of Plugins folder in wp-content folder and check if that helps. Also Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

1- It is part of the design but you can remove it with following code. Please add it to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling
```
#top .av_header_transparency .avia-menu-fx { display: none; }
```
2- You can edit your page and edit header transparency options under Layout section
