The thing is we cannot provide you a proper solution as long as we cannot reproduce the issue. I will ask Josue to take a look, if he cannot reproduce it as well, unfortunately there is not much we can do :/
In the meantime, please try adding following code to Quick CSS and check if that makes any difference on all three browsers

Please try adding following code to Quick CSS as well

.av-main-nav>li>a { padding: 0 5px; }

but that still may not be helpful as you have many menu items and displaying social icons next to your menu items.
P.S.: please disable CSS minifying feature before applying the code

Please also try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
