Hi jtartagl!

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Size and choose to display Custom pixel value and change header height as needed. Logo size will adapt automatically

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header and make sure that you chose to display “Header Title and Breadcrumbs” then edit your page and check under Layout Section

You can simply go to Appearance > Menus and add a new link and check “Enfold footer menu” under Menu Settings to display links on the right side of the socket section.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and make sure that you have chosen to display “Related Entries”. Posts with the same tags will be displayed in related entries section

Sorry for the late reply, seems like theme was switched to default one and website is loading fine.
What is the current memory limit? Have you tried re-installing the theme via FTP? – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/

Please disable minifying feature on total cache plugin before you make styling changes. I did then flushed cache and it is working fine. Please review your website

Currently there are some errors regarding JS files of the theme. Overwriting all files should solve the issue
