and then add following code to Quick CSS

margin: 15px !important; 
}

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

Firstly please remove following code from Quick CSS

.logo { display: none; }

then add following code to Quick CSS

.header_color .header_bg, .header_color { background: none!important; }
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo {
left: 0;
-webkit-transform: none;
-moz-transform: none;
-ms-transform: none;
transform: none;
}
div#header_main > .container {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

Please turn on custom CSS field for ALB elements ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ ) and give your text block elements custom CSS classes and use the code as following

.avia_textblock.my-custom-red-block {
background-color: red;
}

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px.
If that does not work, please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
