}
```
Seems like you have chosen to display transparent header on your homepage that is why your background image is not showing up until you scroll down

Hey!

The functions-enfold.php is not required in the child theme folder and WordPress will also not load this file from the child theme folder. If you want to customize some code of the functions-enfold.php file just copy the function into the child theme functions.php and modify the code there.

Seems like you are uploading the image in small size (300x35px to be exact). Please upload your background image in big size and let us know if that still does not help so we can provide you custom CSS code.
