Elliott posted custom CSS code after your screenshot so i checked the website and looked for borders. Add following code to Quick CSS

If you have not added http://i.imgur.com/Uyrbmef.png manually, it must be a plugin related issue. You can fix it temporarily using following code in Quick CSS

You can refer to @begrafiks reply above and change the width of your layout or decrease the padding between menu items using following code in Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.av-main-nav > li > a { padding: 0 11px; }

Did you mean border in secondary menu? Currently there is no border in your main menu. For secondary menu, please use following code

1- Please enable debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
2- Please edit your page and make sure to choose to display sidebar on your page – http://i.imgur.com/hr0uZVw.png
I have created a private page called “test page” and sidebar works totally fine on pages built using ALB
3- Please go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and choose “Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page)” in Blog Style. Then go to Enfold theme options and choose your blog page. With this option you can create your blog page like creating any other page.
4- It is currently not possible as it is not possible to create archive pages using page editor. Please feel free to request such feature here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

I replied to both of your questions.We are providing support for free on Kriesi.at and respond every ticket within 24 hours (usually it takes a lot less than that). I believe updating the theme will fix all of your issues, if not, please let us know. We will be keeping an eye on your topics.
