Hey!

Seems like there are single quotes at the beginning and at the end of your links. Can you please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 firstly – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
You are currently using a version that is not compatible with WordPress 4.0.1

Hi!

No, transparent logo should be displayed only on transparent state and should switch back to original logo once scrolled down.

You can go to Appearance > Menus and add new link and use your custom color section ID as url #contact for example.
You can use Color Section element if you would like to;
– Add custom background image to a section
– Apply a custom CSS code to certain column elements
– Apply anchor point
– make a certain section look fabulous :)

I cannot reproduce the issue on Safari 8.0 on OS X 10.10. I can see the effect when you scroll up while at the top of the page but it does not stay covered on my end. Which version of Safari are you using?
