Please do not choose your blog page in Settings > Reading, set it in Enfold theme options. Then go to Blog Layout tab and adjust the settings as needed.
You can choose “Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page)” in Blog Style and create your blog page as any other page using ALBRegards,

1- Please flush permalink settings in Settings > Permalinks. If that does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.
