It seems like your logo size is 300x137px. Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Size and set it to custom pixel value and set header height to 140px.

Seems like you are using a Color section element as your footer. Please edit your color section element and give it a unique ID ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/12/color-section-ID.png ) and then add following code to Quick CSS field

#your-custom-id {
background-color: white;
}

You can edit each one of them and choose background color or custom background image as well

You can add Fullwidth Sub Menu element to your page and display a custom menu on your page. If that is not what you wanted, please post a screenshot and show the changes you would like to make
