I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled CSS and JS file merging and compression and cleared cache on your caching plugins and then re-enabled compression options.

You have helper-slideshow.php file inside /config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ folder of your child theme. Please update it :)

Hi @oladigital_co,

You are currently using an older version of the theme, 4.7.6 which is not compatible with your WP version.

Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1.
Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

Hi,

I am sorry but I could not find anyone using Safari 12.1 to actually test however I realized that this is probably related to jQuery support. Current version of Safari is 14 and previous one is 13 so I am afraid jQuery 3.x is not supported by Safari 12.

If you would not be able to update macOS version, I think only option is to downgrade WordPress version.

If previous developer have not made modifications on parent theme files, you can go ahead and update the theme. If they have modified files on a child theme, you can still update the theme but we would recommend doing it on a testing server first to be on the safe side.

Just to make sure, I imported Health demo and checked on my iphone but it looks fine to me. Could you please post a screenshot and show the images you would like to display smaller? Hi,

I tested the plugin and it seems like it works correctly on category pages. It also worked correctly on the test page I created using WooCommerce shortcodes – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

Conflict seems to be between Enfold’s WooCommerce elements and the plugin but unfortunately there are not many Enfold users using this plugin therefore this compatibility would be considered a low priority one.

Could you please contact plugin author and ask for pointers? :)

Hi Max,

That seems to be related to cache on your live server. Please flush cache if you are using a caching plugin, flush cache on your browser and clear cache on your server if there is one and after that they should look the same :)

Hi Max,

Masonry Gallery IS the best element you would use for that task :)

When adding images to your gallery, you can add custom links and in Masonry Gallery > Advanced > Link Settings > Image Link, you can choose to use those custom links. Please see screenshots here – https://imgur.com/a/iHU6y6f
You can choose to display captions on hover in Masonry Gallery > Content > Captions section.
