I commented out kriesi_backlink function on footer.php that fixed footer issue but theme options are still not showing up. Do you mind posting FTP access as well so we can investigate further?
In the meantime, please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

Have you checked test page i created on http://www.YOURDIMAIN.com/test-page/ ? Header is transparent on that page and you should only go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Behaviour and check “Sticky header” and adjust menu item colors in Enfold theme options > Header > Transparency Options.
