Some users are using Polylang plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/
But we have not tested the plugin with Enfold and we cannot guarantee that it would work well.

I have added it using HTML. You can right click on the icon and inspect element and then click “edit as HTML” and copy the code and paste it in Navigation Label field – http://i.imgur.com/27izddy.png
Make sure to remove “style” attribute
