Unfortunately second mobile menu option was retired due to incompatibility issues and will not be coming back :)

Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. You are also not using the latest version of Enfold. Please update the theme to the latest version 3.0.8 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

1- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
.archive .title_container { display: none!important; }2- Please go to Appearance > Widgets and add widgets to your Blog Overview widget area
3- Please go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and choose “Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page)” as blog style and create your blog page like creating any other page. Then you can choose how many posts to display from the element you use to display your posts.Cheers!
