Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
```
#header.header-scrolled { background-color: white; }
```
You can change “white” into the background color of your header

Hey!

Please remove the code from functions-enfold.php file and add it to Functions.php file that is inside wp-content/themes/enfold folder. You can also edit the file in Appearance > Editor

You are currently using a very old version which is not compatible with WordPress 4.+
