It was a cache related issue. Logged out users were seeing cached version from 10 days ago.

That is because you are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please update it to the latest version 3.2.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

As i have mentioned here earlier – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/older-version-of-the-theme/#post-484776 we do not have that version unfortunately. We were not using version control back then.
That is not a big thing for us at all but you have requested a very old version of the theme and that we cannot provide anymore unfortunately.Regards,
