This website was only an example.
Our problem is, that the tablets in landscape have more pixels than a smartphone but less than a desktop.
So, when we create something, it looks nice on smartphones (landscape and portrait), on desktops and on tablets (portrait), but not on tablets in landscape mode… because it is to small for the desktop view…
And our question is, if you have any tricks or hints, how we have to design a website for that it looks nice on all formats? Or is this impossible?

Die Hintergrundbilder sehen meist gut aus, jedoch auf dem Tablet im Querformat nicht.
Drum möchte ich diese dort ausblenden, sodass z.B.

Auf einem Tablet im Querformat eben ausgeblendet wird bzw. dort kein background-image gesetzt wird.
Wie muss das CSS dazu lauten?

On the desktop, the icons of the timeline are “active” and good visible.
On the tablet, the icons of the timeline are “inactive” and not good visible.

Yes. When we create something, it looks almost nice on desktops and on smartphones (landscape and portrait).
On tablets it looks sometimes nice in portrait format. But in landscape format on tablets it looks almost not so nice.

So do you have any tricks, how it also looks nice in both tablet formats? Or is that impossible?

I looked deeper into it and saw, that this main.js is something of the Antivirus-Plugin of the browser.
But anyway, we need some hints, how to speed up Enfold websites in general.
Which settings do you recommend, which speed up plugins do you recommend, what tricks could we use…

We have no caching plugin on this website.
Only on the server there is an nginx caching active in the Plesk WordPress Toolkit. But this is on all websites on this server.
The file compression is active by default I think, or not? So we have to activate CSS- and JS- deletion? Does this also work with the nginx caching of the server when there is no directly caching on the WordPress website active?

No, unfortunately this is not reproducable, because after saving the Enfold settings, it was working again.
It looks like the design was broken after an Enfold update and then we had to save the Enfold settings once and then it was working again.
Could this happen?

The support of WPML added the following code to WPML – Settings – Custom XML configuration:<wpml-config> <shortcodes> <shortcode> <tag>av_magazine</tag> <attributes> <attribute>heading</attribute> </attributes> </shortcode> </shortcodes> </wpml-config>Now it seems to work.
But I think, this should be fixed by Enfold in a next release for that this configuration is not needed.

Yes, this would be very nice, if they could implement it, that Googe reCAPTCHA is also available for the Mailchimp newsletter form component.

At the moment it is possible to add MailChimp newsletter over Enfold. But it is not possible to add Google reCAPTCHA to this forms like to the normal contact forms.
Do you know, when this will be implemented for MailChimp newsletter forms?

Hope, that Enfold will always continue with good support, new features and optimizations for that it will always be competitive with Elementor, Divi and so on…

I made a video where you can see the steps, see private content section:- open the portfolio entry in german (base language), the magazine is ok
- open the portfolio entry in french (translated language), the magazine is ok
- edit the german entry
- translate the french entry
- go to the german entry, the magazine is ok
- go to the french entry, the magazine is not ok.
Then I have to edit also the french entry and reset the magazine assignment for that it works again.
Another problem that we have with translations. When we use a picture in the german language with the lightbox, then in the french version the link does not work anymore, it shows to a linke like URL/lightbox. I think, this is also a compatibilty problem between Enfold and WPML?

You already see it without login.
On this admin page, where we included it as normal html, it works, the window popup is shown at mouse over. See screenshot in the private content section.
On the WordPress website with Enfold it does not work.
Perhaps you have a CSS trick, for that it would work (overflow over the footer or something like this)
