No problem … here you go.
As you can see when you scroll down the page, the formatting toolbar disappears, so in order to format any text, you have to scroll down to it, highlight it, then scroll back up to the top to apply the formatting.

IvanaThank you for your quick response Yigit. I ended up re-uploading the theme and that seemed to have fixed the problem. Perhaps one of the files had become corrupt during the initial upload.

IvanaSeptember 15, 2014 at 4:13 am in reply to: Problems when moving Enfold theme website from subdirectory to root directory #318971Thanks Devin. I will pass the info onto my WordPress guy.
You mentioned that you have done the install for various clients – if I can’t work it out with my tech guy – are you available for me to hire you for future projects?

IvanaSeptember 10, 2014 at 9:42 am in reply to: Problems when moving Enfold theme website from subdirectory to root directory #316389Hi Devin
With the websites that I moved from a subdirectory to a root directory, I would change the WordPress URL and Site URL from eg. http://www.xyzcompany.com.au/wordpress to http://www.xyzcompany.com.au.
I would then move all the files from the subdirectory to the root directory using FTP.
My WordPress guy said this is the process that he follows:
1. We copy all the files to root.
2. Replace site url in database exported file with the main root URL.
3. Import the database.This issue has come up with each website that was moved or renamed from temporary URL to domain URL.
At first I thought I did something wrong, but then I had one tech guy do it last year and he came up with the same problem. These past few months I’ve had someone else move my sites and he too has experienced the same issue. So I’m at a loss.

IvanaYes that worked! Thank you.
May I ask one more question please. I created an Advanced Layer Slider on the homepage
http://27.121.64.167/~zpupqctj/
and it has been sized to 84% which looks fine. However, there are grey lines above and below the slider which stretch out to the side of the slider. Is there any way I can remove them.
Thank you
IvanaMany thanks Josue. That worked!
As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

You are so clever!!! Thank you. That worked.
Greatly appreciate your assistance.

Thank you for your quick response Josue. This is stretching my technical knowledge, but I am determined to master it. :)
As per the article you recommended, I have edited the functions.php file and indeed that added the custom CSS class to my textbox element.
So on the following page:
http://www.schaffler.com/wordpress/products/
I entered ik_greenbox into the CSS class field (of the right handside textbox)
Then within the quick css file I added:
#top .ik_greenbox{
background: #029c59;
padding: 20px;
}However, it is still displaying the text box as white, which may have something to do with this code which also appears in my quick css file.
#top.page .avia_textblock {background: #fff; padding: 10px 20px; border-radius: 4px; opacity:0.9;}
So it seems I may have missed something in the process.
Thank you so much for your assistance.
Perfect!!!!! Thank you so much Ismael.

IvanaAwwwww … now I understand! Lol. Thank you so much Yigit. I greatly appreciate your help.

IvanaThanks for your quick response Ismael. But I am afraid I don’t understand. When I go to edit the menu and click on the individual Menu item, eg. Photo Gallery, the only thing that I can see is
Navigation Label
Title Attribute
Link Target
CSS Classes (optional)
Link Relationship (XFN)
Description
[ ] Use as Mega Menu
Original: Photo Gallery
Remove | CancelIn regards to icon shortcodes … I am not sure what they are, how they work or where I can find out more about them.

IvanaThanks Devin. I understand and will see if I can get someone to help.

IvanaWonderful! Thank you so much. You guys are the best!
Excellent. Thank you Peter. That worked for removing the regular menu
I still seem to have the problem, however of the menu covering the top of the heading on each page. Any ideas on how that can be fixed.
Many many thanks
Ivana
Awesome. Thank you Ismael.
We are just about there with resolving the issue.
I have noticed on the iPad, when it is placed landscape (sideways), the regular menu still appears as well as the mobile menu. How do I remove the regular menu, which runs into the logo please, so that only the mobile menu remains?
On the other hand when I stand up the iPad in a portait format, the regular menu is gone and only the mobile menu remains, which is great.
Please see attached screen shots here

Thank you very much.
Hi Yigit
Many thanks for your quick response. I added the following:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1140px) {
and that seemed to be fine, however, when I added
.av-main-nav > li > a { padding: 0 7px; }}
That added the white square into a normal website (not just the mobile site).
I also made the changes to the Enfold theme as per your recommendation, which resolved the iPad problem, but has created another issue and that is top of text on pages being covered by the white menu box. Please see here
http://www.yourmarriagecelebrant.com.au/error/The other issue still remains that it is just a white box and people may not realise that it is a menu. I have done a website for another client with the Enfold theme – http://www.metrocarpetcleaning.com.au and the menu appears as a white box, but with black lines in it, which prompts people to click on it.
Your help with these would be greatly appreciated.
Awesome! Thanks docperi. That seems to have worked on my iPhone. I will get the client to check it on other phones as well.
Greatly appreciate your help.

IvanaThank you so much Ismael. I really appreciate your help.

Brilliant! Thank you Flikk. That worked.
Just one more question please, if I want to apply that formatting to a few of the other pages, what is the format for adding in extra page ids? Would it be like this:
.page-id-223; 224; 238; .avia_textblock {
max-width: 560px !important;
}or do I need to copy the complete code for each page this is to apply to?
Thanks heaps!!!
IvanaThank you once again Yigit. You are a star! What would I do without you? :)
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers
