Hi,
The demo XML files are exported from WordPress > Settings > Import/Export options.
I googled and found out there are some plugins available that offer some extra options please check this link.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please don’t leave the enfold old version on the server. DELETE it do NOT rename it :)
Clear all cache files and deactivate any caching plugins if you are using one.Best regards,

VinayHi,
As I understand you like to left align the text correct?
Please open the element and select the left align button in the text editor.
If you still have an issue please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please try the below code:
/* Content slider title */ .avia-content-slider-element-container h3.slide-entry-title { color:gold; font-family:'EB Garamond', serif; text-transform: uppercase; padding:0!important; }
If that doesn’t work for you enable custom CSS class name for ALB element.
Assign a custom class “my-content-slider” to the content slider element and use the below code.
/* Content slider title */ .my-content-slider.avia-content-slider h3.slide-entry-title { color:gold; font-family:'EB Garamond', serif; text-transform: uppercase; padding:0!important; }

VinayHi,
If your client site is hosted on a server which is running on PHP 7 then it should not be an issue. Could you confirm if it is working fine for you?
Best regards,
VinayHi,
If you recently updated enfold theme to 4.2.6 and get an HTTP 500 error here is what you should do to resolve this issue:
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Contact your hosting company and update to the latest version of PHP 7.
Access your site with FTP or log in to your control panel and access the site via File Manager and perform the below steps:
3. Replace the header.php file in wp-content/theme/enfold folder with an updated version of the header.php file.
4. Access your WordPress site root folder and rename the current .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak. Login to WordPress admin area go to settings > permalinks > select “Post name” and save changes.
5. Define a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server.
To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
For a detailed explanation please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.Best regards,
VinayHi,
It appears when you update the site the files might not have been replaced correctly.
Please download a latest copy of the theme from themeforest and replace the theme folder via FTP in wp-content\themes – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Please make sure you “DELETE” the enfold folder and upload a fresh copy and not overwrite the existing files. If you have made any changes to the theme files please back them up in case you like to restore the modifications.
Let us know if the issue remains.
Best regards,
VinayHey Ofer Pelz,

Please refer to the link in private for the CSS class reference which you use them to hide the single post elements.
If yous till have an issue would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please select No padding in the color section and add the whitespace element between each colorsection or inside the colorsection at the bottom to give it a specific width :)

VinayHey mcmoya,
Desktop screen is landscape and mobile devices are usually portrait mode. You need to have 2 set of image to always show what you want on both desktop and mobile.
To change the color section background image in mobile assign a unique developer ID to the color section and add the below CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS or in your child theme styles. You can also adjust the position in X and Y axis by changing the value of the background position in pixel or percentage.
/* BG adjustment for Mobile */
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#top #unique-id {
background-image: url(https://your-site.com/image.jpg)!important;
background-position: 0% 50%!important;
}
}Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please ask your hosting company to upgrade your php version to 7 or replace the header.php file via FTP with this one.

VinayHi,
Thank you for the credentials, I was able to login and check the site. I tried to import the data manually but it is not working because there are already some files there. Can we reset the data it will erase all the data on the site and import the XML file for you?
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the clarification. I did check your site and only after that, I suggested the best solution. I’m sorry, it was my mistake that I assumed you were using a header widget area to place the special heading. The current structure you have does not make it easy to have the special heading sticky as and make the full-width submenu element follow the special heading.
Please check this link and create a header widget area and check the “Header Position” section to get the CSS to place the widget below the header.
Place the shortcode for the special heading int he header widget area and activate the sticky header from the theme option.
[av_heading heading='Hello' tag='h3' style='blockquote modern-quote modern-centered' size='30' subheading_active='' subheading_size='15' padding='20' color='' custom_font='' av-medium-font-size-title='' av-small-font-size-title='' av-mini-font-size-title='' av-medium-font-size='' av-small-font-size='' av-mini-font-size='' admin_preview_bg=''][/av_heading]

VinayHi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
You can also import the demo data manually please check “Manual Demo Import ( XML File Import )” section in this link

VinayHi,
It appears you have selected h2 tag manually while adding the testimonial content?
Please check the testimonial content and change the tags as required.
If you like to style the testimonial element using custom CSS below is the CSS class name reference.
/*---------------------------------------- // CSS - /* Testimonial CSS reference //--------------------------------------*/ /* Testimonial container */ #top .avia-testimonial { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Testimonial Image */ #top .testimonial-image-shape .avia-testimonial-image, #top .testimonial-image-shape .avia-testimonial-image img{ /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Testimonial content */ #top .avia-testimonial-content { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Large slider testimonial content */ #top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-testimonial-content { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Testimonial meta */ #top .avia-testimonial-meta-mini { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Name */ #top .avia-testimonial-name { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Sub title */ #top .avia-testimonial-subtitle { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Link */ #top .avia-testimonial-meta a.avia-testimonial-link { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ } /* Slider arrows */ #top .av-large-testimonial-slider .avia-slideshow-arrows a:before { /* YOUR STYLE HERE */ }
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
#header .logo { margin-top: 25px!important; }
