    Hey!

    We will cladly help you with any coding requirements. The above steps do not need any coding skills and do not worry about theme breaking if you make an error as it is a css issue it will not happen.

    The steps are very simple it will help will you become more confident to make minor changes so go ahead and copy the above code provided by Yigit and paste it in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS and save :)

    I guarantee you nothing will break and in case anything happens at all we are here to help you so don’t worry at all… go ahead and copy paste the above code your issue will be resolved :)

    Hey!

    We noticed the error on your site the first time itself and suggested the best and effective solution for you to resolve it quickly.

    I understand you have already performed approx 3 re-installs and still facing the problem yes this could be frustrating as it is not giving you any different result. This is because you have not deleted the old copy of the theme before performing a new install. Since there are 3 copies of the main theme it is another reason for a conflict as wordpress is designed to function properly with only one copy of a particular theme

    Kindly backup if you have any data or custom theme settings and delete the theme folders completely via FTP and re-install a fresh copy from themeforest. It will surely resolve this issue :)

    Hi patmc1!

    When i view your website it looks good on my end. Please elaborate the issue you are facing… is it that you are not able to save anything on the backend when you make any changes or try to create a new page with advance layout builder? if so we need to take a closer look at it please provide us with working login credentials.

    Hey!

    We checked for the compatibility with the plugin and enfold theme. All the elements in the advanced layout builder works fine when the firewall in Wordfence was enabled on our installation.

    Thank you but the custom CSS will not be of much help for us as it is causing some issues while re-sizing the window. If you cannot remove it please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

    Hey ruskas1990!

    We checked for the issue but it looks like the theme is not updated properly. If you are not using a child theme please backup any custom changes you may have added to the theme and download the enfold latest version 3.5.3 from themeforest and update the theme manually via FTP following the steps provided here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/

    The element styles are added via js so it’s difficult to manipulate it using custom CSS we need to take a closer look at it please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

    Hey gentlemansgazette!

    If you have the latest version of enfold which is 3.5.3 you don’t need to add the code in functions.php

    Most of the plugins depend on the jQuery that ships with wordpress and wordpress usually have the latest version. To check it out you can simply right click and view source in the <head> section you will notice a bunch of lines starting with <script type=’text/javascript’ and it’s version is provided at the end of the link.

    We will release a fix in the new version kindly wait for an update until then if you need a workaround the code provided earlier still apply! You can try it out or I can set this up for you again on the rocket site let me know :)

    Just curious if you are using a child theme? If not we recommend making these changes on a child theme.

    Sure we can help you setup enfold theme please download the latest copy from themeforest and upload it via FTP to the themes folder or theme upload option in the wordpress dashboard and paste the API key from themeforest in the private content so we can take it from there.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We checked for the issue the setup in the backend looks fine but there seem to be an issue with the 3rd party plugins which might be having a conflict with enfold’s advance builder.

    To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    Ideally it should work if you select “no transparency” in page layout option and change the header colors in theme options. but it looks like some files are corrupt and we also checked for plugin conflicts but they are good. Please install a child theme and check again http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ If this don’t resolve the issue please do a fresh install of the theme.

    Ok great! to solve the next thing please copy the footer.php from main enfold theme and place it in child theme folder and edit the following lines as below

    and change it to
