    I noticed that my fullscreen banner was no longer showing up, so I updated the theme as another thread instructed. Now the entire page/my entire website is gone. Help?

    Hey julietrisler!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps and if it does not, create a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?

    Please look at the instructions here to add a user to WordPress: https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/customizing-wordpress/managing-users-on-your-wordpress-site/adding-users-to-your-wordpress-site/#adding-users

    Create us a user and ensure we are an administrator. Then send us the username and password here in the Private Content section of your reply.

    We re-created the homepage please check the link in private content and everything works fine. something is wrong with the current page please creating a new page by copying the shortcode seen below the advanced layout builder into any new page.

    Unfortunately the banner still isn’t showing up for me, I’m not sure why. It only shows blank white space at the top of the page

    there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    The banner is now working, but consciouseatery.org will not reroute to consciouseatery.org/main-page.
    Visiting the consciouseatery.org results in error message
    “Nothing Found

    I have never used FTP before and FileZilla is not connecting to the server

    Hey!

    PLease change the Frontpage Settings in Enfold options to main-page :) If that don’t fix the issue you might have to setup a re-direct on your Cpanel.
