Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
We will gladly help you with this, but at the moment when i visit your site to check for the issue the site is offline with a database connection error.
Please get back to us when we can login and inspect the site so we can help you fix this :)Best regards,
VinayHi,
When you inspect the page in dev tools most of the javascript errors are shown in console. To open dev tool press F12 on chrome and click on console.
Right now as i see there are 2 errors
jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .main_menu .menu li > a[href*=#] gtm.js?id=GTM-N2FJ2S:67 Uncaught [object Object]
The first error is a jQuery error which may be caused because you still have the code which is no longer required if you update to latest version.
The second error is coming from gtm.js which is google tag manager.A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the mockup, It is much clear now. I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHey demtnman,
Glad you figured out! You could also use the below css to hide the title :)
.mfp-title { display:none; }
Please note the above code will affect site wide to make changes to selected gallery please add a custom css class name to the gallery element by enabling the custom css class name support http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Best regards,
VinayHey DavyE,
Are you using any caching plugin ? Please update the plugin to latest version and check the settings if you can set auto clear cache every now and then. You can also manually clear cache after any changes to the css styles so the new changes are delivered immediately.
If you are using a CDN like cloudflare to deliver your website faster that could be an issue as well. Please check the CDN settings and run it in development mode so the latest change will reflect on the front end.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
To remove bullet points please add this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.widget li { list-style: none; }
Please note the above css will affect site wide list items in widgets to avoid that please add a custom class to the text widget. Replace the custom css class name with .widget in the above code.
You can easily enabling custom css class name support as mentioned in this link
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/To remove the smaller dot on the left sidebar please use the below css
#top .widget_nav_menu ul ul li:before { content: " "!important; }

We cannot see the elements you are describing with mockup on the site. It is just showing a spinning cog i believe it is a password protected site would you mind posting your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- the URL to the login screen
- a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
- as well as a password for that username
Best regards,
VinayHi,

Glad we could help you with this! We really appreciate if you rate our theme on themeforest.
Thank you for using Enfold :)
Cheers!
VinayHey!
Please go to Dashboard Appearance > Theme > Select Enfold
The look of the site may change depending on the settings but it will be back to normal when to switch back to child theme. Just for testing purpose please switch the theme to Enfold from Enfold Child theme and check for the issue and let us know if that will fix the issue.
Regards,
VinayHey siteit,
Apart from previewing background images from Enfold > General Styling > Background Image
you can check the folder in which the images are present in this location Yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/images/background-images/I’m afraid there is any other way to check them all at once.

Hey ajosecorrea,
Sorry for the delay, we would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
However you could make use of a membership plugin please check out our recommended plugins list.
For the second issue as far as i know you have to fetch customer data from database and autofill it which will require extensive coding and we recommend hiring a freelancer.
Best regards,
VinnieHi,
Sorry for the delay, It’s not quite clear what exactly you are trying to do. We understand your site is not online however if you could point us to an example where we can see this being done or post us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here it would help us understand better and suggest accutaite solution :)

VinnieHi,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

VinnieMay 5, 2016 at 10:16 am in reply to: Parent menu item highlighted when child page is selected #627700Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Please check the link in private it’s a child page and when you visit it the main page link do get highlighted in white and no submenu is visible just like you requested.
The trick is to add submenus in Appearance > Menu > Main Menu and hide the submenu using css.
If you like to do the same on all pages then remove the page ID from CSS.
If you like this only one selected pages add the page id class name which can be found when you inspect the body element./* hide submenus*/ .page-id-312 .main_menu .sub-menu { display: none!important; }
We setup an example for you please go ahead and add the rest of the submenus in Appearance > menu.
Thank you for using Enfold :)

VinnieMay 5, 2016 at 9:41 am in reply to: Header and Font Appearance in Firefox, Chrome and Mobile Devices #627691Hi,
was there any custom styles added to the theme before this problem started?
Let’s try out a few things to check what is causing this issue.
1.
Please export your theme settings from Enfold > Import/Export2.
Switch the predefined color scheme from Enfold > General Styling to different styles and let us know.If the above don’t work
Lastly import any of the demo site from Enfold > Demo Import and let us know if you still face the same issue with the demo. Please note importing the demo will reset theme options.
We await your test results.
Best regards,
VinnieHi!
Glad you got it sorted! usually it works correctly when you refresh the page. In case you experience it in future please try and increase the php memory as mentioned in this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey tobuff1985!

VinayMay 4, 2016 at 7:33 am in reply to: Simple CSS update failed on Enfold Theme now Website inaccessible!! #626948Hi Sharon!
We are happy to help all of our users and we work hard to get everyone’s issue resolved asap. Sometimes some issues require a quick and easy fix and some issues require research so it takes time kindly bare with us. Another reason why we could not see your ticket is because when you bump the system marks it as answered and push to the bottom. please avoid bumping instead just add “Urgent” on the topic.
We notice the error on your site please let us know if any modifications were made via FTP or on the backend in the dashboard.
If you made these change via FTP you can simply remove those codes or backup old header.php file and replace it with a fresh copy of header.php.
Another common reason this error shows up is when there is a white space in header.php efore the php code starts. Here you can find some helpful info that might help you resolve this issue http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8028957/how-to-fix-headers-already-sent-error-in-php
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to replace all the theme files manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
VinayHi!
