Hi,

Increasing the memory limit on wordpress and on the hosting server should resolve the issue, please check with the hosting company.

To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line right after @package wordpress

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. You may need to upload some images from backend once the XML file is imported.

If you have already set this up and the homepage is still not showing Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Hey Silvio,

It appears that the search form is loading on the desktop but is still hidden by the custom css. This may also be a classic case where a caching plugin is still delivering old minified css styles which is causing a conflict. if you are using any caching plugin’s like W3 total cache please empty cache in the plugin and also refresh the browser several times to see the changes reflect on the browser.

If this does not resolve the issue please make sure all custom css added to the related issue is removed and Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• the URL to the login screen
• a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
• as well as a password for that username
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary

Please copy the header.php file from Enfold 3.6 version to your child theme and apply the changes. It should resolve the issue for you :)

Thanks for the credentials, not sure what happened to the form but after changing the form style from default to transparent it started working fine now. i check it in couple of browsers it appears to work correctly.

Hey kate,

The site is password protected and we cannot view it. however to have a different background color except header and footer please use a color section and add all the page content inside the colorsection. You can then easily set the background color of the colorsection in the colorsection elements edit options.

Strange it only works when i right click and open in new page.

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

The below code in the quick css was causing the issue. I have removed this from Quick CSS.

.logo img {
padding: 30px 0;
width: 150px;
height: auto;
}

Again you may not see the changes until the cache is cleared from the plugin and in the browser.

@Licia I just tried to troubleshoot the issue but did not find the enfold folder in /httpdocs/wp-content/themes could you please upload the latest version of the enfold theme folder to the themes folder so we can further investigate this issue.
