Hi,
Please check this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-your-own-icon-fonts/
Yes you can add icons from http://fontello.com/ and http://www.flaticon.com
In case you get a error message for color icons sets FYI at the moment black and white icon sets are supported from flaticons.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Glad you got it working. To remove scrolling effect please remove the ” #ID ” but this will render the link dummy. So it’s just better to completely remove the link.

VinayHey nonprofitsolutions,
Increasing the memory limit on wordpress and on the hosting server should resolve the issue, please check with the hosting company.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line right after @package wordpress
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. You may need to upload some images from backend once the XML file is imported.App Showcase
Church Demo
Construction Demo
Cunsulting Demo
Gym DemoAnother options is to setup a staging server on localhost and import demos and enable debug mode to copy page shortcodes intot your production site kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Hi,
You may need to re-set the theme options by selecting one of the pre-defined themes in Enfold >general Styling > Select a predefined color scheme then choose your colors it should work.
Please note you need to backup theme settings as choosing a different color scheme will override all the theme settings.
Regarding the child themes issue please try adding the custom css in Enfold > general style > Quick CSS to check if it is working there. If it works it should work in child theme too. If it has any issue picking up CSS please switch to Enfold parent theme and activate the child theme again this should sort out your issue.
Or another common problem is a browser cache. Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
Best regards,
VinayHey eliwu18,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
Best regards,
VinayHi,

To fix double underline please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

VinayHi,
It is strange the page earlier was showing 2 images. I tried to restore the page to an earlier version to check if any latest changes was causing this but it stopped working. I suspect that this page is corrupt but do not worry i have re-created the same page and added the link in private.
Regarding homepage I think this too is corrupt or has a conflict please rename the test page i created earlier which has no problem and change the permalinks and privacy to public about the update button and use it :)
Best regards,
VinayHey!

VinayHey rlogan2334,
As I understand when you view the grid items in mobile device a large gap appears between them correct? it appears the page is coming from the css with padding left and right 8% added to it. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin { padding-left: 0%!important; padding-right: 0%!important; }}It is better enable custom css class name and use a custom class on the grid and include the custom class name in the above css before .av-flex-cells to target only this grid else the above code may affect other grids on the site :)

VinayHi,
To fix the logo Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo img { display: none!important; } .responsive .logo { min-width: 300px!important; min-height:60px!important; background: url('http://soleilblindsandshades.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Soleiblinds-Header-Logo_up.png')no-repeat; background-size:100%; background-position: 0px 25px!important; }}Regarding masonry, i’m sorry it slipped my mind. I checked the site on my android tablet it looks good. I’m unable to re-produce this issue please try and add the element on a empty page or a test page again on tablet and let us know if you still have the same issues with it.

VinayHi,
I switched the theme to parent and then switched it back to child theme. It is working fine now .
Tessted with the below css in child themes style.css
/* .copyright { color:#000; background:gold!important; } */You need to refresh the page a couple of times for the changes to be seen.

VinayHi,
It appears to be a js conflict. When i check in the console tab there are a couple of errors.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
You are most welcome :) I did not do anything it was probably a caching issue.

VinayJune 9, 2016 at 8:31 pm in reply to: Weird line of code appearing only on home and news pages #645710Hi,
We need to take a closer look at this issue please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
It’s great the issues is sorted. usually the update should reflect within 12 hours.
If you are not able to view the new update option please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
