VinayHi,
Thank you for sharing the link, I have check the site and it appears a plugin is causing a conflict.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. If you still have any issues please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,

VinayJune 11, 2016 at 4:20 pm in reply to: Masonry Galleries / Google Map after WordPress Update 4.5.2 don't show anything #646573Hi,
It appears there are 2 similar theme folders and I believe both of them have Enfold in it. (Screenshot attached).
Please delete the folder that you do not use and keep only one version of Enfold.
The current version which is active is not the latest version which is 3.6.1.
Updating the theme to the latest version should resolve this issue.
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually by downloading the latest version from themeforest and upload the theme via FTP (before uploading please backup and remove old version) For detailed instructions please check this link – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I have tested the code on my installation it should give you a grid layout that looks like the below screenshot. (If images do not appear please click the grid layout edit options and add your own background images).
I believe when you paste it the code is inserted inside another element.
Please try it on a blank page and add other elements http://pastebin.com/raw/xhjTNHyE
Best regards,
VinayHey Kurt,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#top #wrap_all #header #menu-item-511.av-menu-button-colored > a, #top #wrap_all #menu-item-511.av-menu-button-colored > a .avia-menu-text { background-color: #ca0003; } #top #wrap_all #header #menu-item-511.av-menu-button-colored > a:hover, #top #wrap_all #menu-item-511.av-menu-button-colored > a:hover .avia-menu-text { color: #FFF; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
I assume you like to interchange the position of menu and copyrights correct?
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#socket .copyright { float: left!important; } #socket .sub_menu_socket { float: right!important; }Best regards,
VinayHey Ramiro,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

VinayJune 11, 2016 at 2:20 pm in reply to: jQuery Directional Hover on ALB's simple image element #646547Hey Peter,
Very interesting project.
First you need to enqueue the 3rd party js and css files using functions.
example functions
Then check the script documentation if it need to be initiated and then match the class names to the enfold gallery.
or
You can use a plugin like
https://wordpress.org/plugins/portfolio-gallery-master/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/hover-board-direction-aware-hover-effect/more plugins here > https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=directional+hover
Best regards,
VinayHey lindapolak,
The site looks good on my end. Both the counter and testimonial image looks fine. The counter initiated correctly on scroll please check the screenshot below.
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
If you still see the same i suspect something is blocking javascript on your local browser. Please check if you are using any browser extensions/plugins that are causing any conflict.
Best regards,
VinayHi,

VinayHey Roine,
This is not possible in CSS but it can be done in jQuery.
Give me some time to write a custom function for you i will help you out :)
Best regards,
VinayHey Niico93,
I have updated the profile picture in users section it looks alright to me but if you still feel it’s blur please replace the image with a different one.
to change the placeholder text color we have added the below text in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
#fca_eoi_form_1189 input::-webkit-input-placeholder { color: #000;} #fca_eoi_form_1189 input:-moz-placeholder { color: #000; } #fca_eoi_form_1189 input::-moz-placeholder { color: #000; } #fca_eoi_form_1189 input:-ms-input-placeholder { color: #000; }Best regards,
VinayHey Munford,
It is a preview link and works only if you are logged in. It works on desktop for you and not on mobile because you are logged in on desktop. Please remove “&preview=true” from the link it should work fine. To get the correct page URL please click on view page and copy the url from the address bar or copy the permalink in the page.
Best regards,
VinayHey hurraken,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I understand your point and not all our users are running it on 256MB and Enfold is working great for them on a basic server setup. However each site is setup in a different way and uses different plugins and since you are facing this issue now we are trying to help you :) Thank you for your understanding.
To update the theme manually please refer to this link – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey lindapolak,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.page-id-13 .pricing-table li { max-height: 50px; min-height: 50px; height: 50px; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for sharing the video, I have checked the site for any inconsistency and tried out creating a test page to see if the same thing happens.
The only thing I noticed which may cause a concern is that you have 2 child theme folders please remove the child theme folder which you are not using and only keep the ones that you are using.
When I view the home page it looks alright please check screenshot attached and also I tried to build a test page and it worked fine.
If you still continue to face any issue let us know.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I checked for the issue, yes special heading is not showing. You are using an old version of the theme updating the theme to latest version 3.6.1 should fix this issue.
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
