Hey AnineOlsen,
I added a product in the cart and updated the quantity from 1 to 2 and it did update successfully. Tested the same with multiple products and everything worked fine on my end.
If you still have any issue please let us know exactly what is not getting updated or how we can re-produce the same issue.

VinayHi,
we need to take a closer look at the setting in the wordpress backend please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
VinayHey adotopanuga,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
You can also try using the LayerSlider to display random slides. After you have the slides created disable the navigation and autorotation. Set the Global Settings > Start with slide option to “random”.

VinayJuly 25, 2016 at 9:29 am in reply to: Enfold doesn't seem to be displaying properly in IE 11 #664494Hi,
The theme name was spelt wrong it’s been corrected from “Theme nmae” to “Theme name” in the child theme styles.css which was causing an issue in IE.
Some theme settings may have to be reapplied. you can access the child theme styles.css from Appearance > Editor and change the theme name spelling back to “theme nmae ” it might activate the old settings.
please check the site now.
Thank you for using Enfold.

July 25, 2016 at 9:24 am in reply to: Enfold glitch, logo displaying incorrectly when setting custom pixel size #664493Hey vegaspro,
The current width and height of the logo is 175px not sure if you got it sorted. if you need any changes to this please elaborate the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHey Kurt,
I checked for this issue and found that the bold text is getting “#2d5c88” if you like to change it to black please update the “Primary color” in Enfold > General Styling > Main content > Primary Color to #000.
Best regards,
VinayHey Tommy,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
1. Create a page with shortcode example : http://yoursite.com/page-with-shortcode
2. Then use the code Rikard provided and replace the link in it.
<a href="http://yoursite.com/page-with-shortcode" rel="lightbox">Click me to open in lightbox</a>Best regards,
VinayHi,
We added the below css to quick css please review the site now.

VinayHi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .responsive .avia-table-4 > tbody > tr > td { word-break: break-all; }}Best regards,
VinayHi,
I enabled social icons and added the code i provided previously in Quick CSS and it works perfectly fine :)
Please see attached screenshot. If you do not see the same please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
Best regards,
VinayHey erwin_m,
The borders appears to be coming from the main content. The borders can be removed from Enfold > general Styling > Main Content > Border colors (delete/empty the color value and save settings).
If that does not help we need to take a closer look at the backend please get back to us with your login details.
Best regards,
VinayHey BenYehuda,
The site is currently down for me I have asked other team members to check the issue. In the meantime please follow the below steps to check if a plugin conflict may be the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayJuly 24, 2016 at 4:24 pm in reply to: Impossible to install "construction demo" with import demo #664394Hey pacastro,
Login credentials do not work.
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

We are glad to help you but the screenshot is not showing correctly. Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)
Best regards,
VinayHey Volumemax,
I checked the pages and also created a test page and checked if making changes to it will show up correctly on the frontend and it does without any issue. Please check the link in the private section. I believe the reason you are not seeing the updated version of the page on the actual URL of the page is because the status of the pages say pending. You need to publish the pages to view the changes on the live site.
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayJuly 24, 2016 at 3:20 pm in reply to: Implementing the same theme setting to all languages using Enfold+WPML #664381Hi,
I’m afraid there is any other way to do this automatically. Always make your changes to one of the child theme and import the same settings in others. If i come across any other method i will update this ticket :)

VinayJuly 24, 2016 at 3:14 pm in reply to: Enfold GYM template, fullwidth footer brakes on pages. #664378Hey kirillko,
I believe there is a open or closing tags/bracket < and > left in the text editor or in the content of the page which might be causing this issue when you delete certain blocks. Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHey James,
1. Was there any custom code installed on your site ?
2. How did you come to know the site is hacked?
3. Scan your site with a good wordpress security and antivirus plugin if that helps you identify any malicious code.If you notice any malicious code or message on the site go ahead and backup the theme files and replace the old files with new copy of enfold from themeforest via FTP http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

July 24, 2016 at 2:57 pm in reply to: Customise view different from what is actually appearing on tablet #664369Hey EverydayAlternative,
What you are viewing is correct. On the landscape the screen width is greater than portrait mode hence the layout changes accordingly to fill in the screen.
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHey Kevin,
Sorry for the late reply, at the moment there is no easy way to do this. Please try installing Yoast SEO plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
