Hi,

I checked for the issue on my system and as mentioned above the white text looks fine now. I’m not sure exactly why this happens only on your site. When I increased the font weight to maximum that is if i make the text bold the effect goes away. It might be due to a css conflict. Thank you for bringing this to our notice and I’m glad you found a workaround for this.

The mega menu options in Appearance > Menu is not selected please check the screenshot and select the mega menu options for the mega menu to appear in the front end.

You can create a similar menu please check pages and shortcodces in http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/ If you need exactly same type of menu you may have to use a third party plugin or hire a freelancer to do it.

I checked the theme settings and all looks good. However you are running an old version of the theme please update to the latest version 3.6.1 this should fix the issue.

If you do not see the update options in Theme Update tab please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

It is expected behavior when you use a fullwidth slider or colorsection it is designed to be a fullwidth element and the rest of it get’s pushed down.

Please try using a grid section and add your content inside it.

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

Using child theme will not affect the performance of the theme in an adverse way please feel free to download and install a child theme for customisation. Inface we recommend using only child theme to make any customisations http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
