VinayHi,
That should not have happened if the site was migrated correctly. However there must be some issue with the functions.php please refer to this link https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-admin-blank-page
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHi,
Usually the print version is slightly different from the qctual website. Sometimes browsers add their own mods.
In that case you probably need to take a screenshot of the webpage and then print it. Please try http://www.getsmartshot.com

VinayHi,

VinayAugust 9, 2016 at 7:14 am in reply to: Construction Demo – Change Yellow Color to something else? #670176Hi,
To change the color of the dash under the title Please click on the separator in the backend layout and change the color in the options.

Similarly to change the yellow background color click on the colorsection right below the slider with the text “Reliable construction service” and check the background color in the options.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Not sure why it was showing grey. After updating the icons it shows correct color. Please review the site and let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHi,
The current version of your Enfold theme is 3.6.1 we have released an updated version recently which is 3.7.1 please backup the necessary sliders and settings as Ismale suggested and update the theme to latest version.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot :)
As I understand you need a list with icons on the left side of each slide correct?
You can use a fullscreen slider and no need to add a colorsection.
Lastly add the icon list shortcode in the slider caption.
To access the shortcode please enable the debug mode as mentioned in the below link:
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHey Kim,

VinayAugust 7, 2016 at 4:41 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder: Possible to Display Video Element on Mobile Only? #669484Hey goldengate415,
To display only in mobile or desktop please enable custom css class name support http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ and
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
/*Show only in mobile or desktop*/ @media only screen and (min-width: 769px) { .only_mobile { display: none !important; }} @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .only_desktop { display: none !important; }}Best regards,
VinayHey M1000000,
At the moment the offset option is not available for the masonry element and there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)
Best regards,

VinayAugust 6, 2016 at 9:56 am in reply to: My photos are not showing up in mobile view- Need website to be mobile friendly #669291Hey pinkskylight,
I checked your site on my phone and it appears that you are using a plugin or a script to display the mobile site.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayHey gerardbao,
It is mostly due to the custom css added to the theme. Please remove the custom css and refresh the page to check if the issue exist.
To find out which code is causing the issue add the code back one block at a time and refresh the page.
We await your test result.
Best regards,
VinayHey D579L,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
To get the latest version login to themeforest and download the Enfold theme it will be the latest version 3.7.1
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

VinayAugust 5, 2016 at 9:19 pm in reply to: Have CERTAIN Lightbox images open a webpage instead of the image itself. #669147Hey ninjaunmatched,
It’s not clear what you are trying to do. As I understand you are trying to open an external link in light box when you click the image correct?
If so please select “Set Manually” in the image link options and add
?iframe=trueto the end of the site URL in the link as showin in the below image.
Best regards,
VinayHey whazupwidu,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHey SnR1071,
Please elaborate the slider issue if possible Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)
To remove the copyrights message in Footer please refer to this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-footer-text-and-link/

VinayAugust 5, 2016 at 3:22 pm in reply to: Couldn't add the font because the server didn’t respond #668999Hi,
I checked for the issue. Some hosting providers do not allow zip file support, please confirm this from your hosting provider. If the zip file is supported we need an error log or detailed error report from the server/host provider to further investigate this issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Adding the code Josue gave will deactivate the LayerSlider and the options will not be available in dashboard.
Please add the code to the bottom of theme functions file functions.php if you are using a child theme add it to the child themes functions.php
Adding it to functions-enfold.php might not work properly.

VinayHi,
It appears you have added the phone number as a menu item. In the mobile view the main menu becomes a compact menu and the phone number is visible only when the menu icon is clicked.
If you wish to display the phone number always please use the Extra elements in Enfold > Header > Extra Elements > Header Phone Number/Extra Info
Or
Enable Header Widget and add your custom CSS styles in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS to style the phone number.
Best regards,
Vinay -
