August 31, 2016 at 5:27 pm in reply to: ALB debug loads but visual inteface does not load anymore for any page?! #680195
Hey lpetroni,
I checked your site for any issues with loading the advanced layout builder but the ALB elements loaded fine on all the pages that i checked. If you are still facing this issue please clear the cached files in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

Thank you for bringing this to our notice but I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
Best regards,

There are no known issue with this plugin and it should work fine. You could probably check out the plugin directory for more options https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=floating+form

Hi,
@hdpcr did you try inserting the API as suggested by Yigit ?@rsmincanada there are a few js errors in console. Your issue seem to be because of a plugin conflict.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. Thanks for your cooperation :)
If you still have the issue please create a new ticket so we can further trouble shoot this.
Best regards,

I checked the link you provided but there is only one special heading with a h1 tag please make sure the rest of them also share the same settings and they will look the same. If you choose a h2 or other tags they will look a little different.

VinayAugust 30, 2016 at 2:59 pm in reply to: Enfold Contact form stopped working out of nowwhere… I Need help urgently #679479Hey Ivygrace808,
There are several reasons why this might be happening. Please refer to this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
For a quick fix solution please try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ and setup a seperate contact form.
If that don’t work mostly there will be an issue with the email server please check with your hosting company as well.
Let us know if it helps.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

VinayHey mcraig77,
1. Enable custom css class name support and add a custom class called “custom-heading” to the special heading.
2. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 968px) { .custom-heading.av-special-heading{ background: rgba(255,255,255,.9); } }Best regards,

VinayHi,
There is a js error in the Console. It is not due to plugins so the other cause may be custom code added in functions.php please remove all custom code and check the page builder issue.
If that don’t resolve the issue please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
VinayHey endanight,
Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link
Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services
While setting up the API key make sure to add
/*at the end of your site name in the API options.Example http://kriesi.at/*

There is no limit set as far as I know. However we would like to take a look at it Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHey brianacunningham,
It appears correctly on my screen. In case you still see the issue please let us know more details about the browser you are using and how we can re-produce this issue.
