Hey exxat,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHey natubat,
Please use the Heading Rotator element and add your heading in just one line and select the font size in the options. it will look exactly like the special heading. Hope this helps if you still have any issues please post us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
No you do not have to make any changes to any files. Just follow the steps and create a API key as described in the documentation and the maps should work for you like it does for all other users who follow the steps as suggested by google.
Make sure you delete all old API keys before creating a fresh one.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Glad you figured it out! To know more about enfold features please check – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/

VinaySeptember 2, 2016 at 1:19 pm in reply to: Conflict between WooCommerce and Avia Layout Builder #681269Hey bong,
You are running an old version of the theme please update to the latest version 3.7.1 If you do not see the update options try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

We really appreciate it if you rate our theme on themeforest .

VinayHi,
Please install the theme via FTP or the file manager in the hosting control panel.
1. Access the folder wp-content/themes/
2. Delete the enfold folder in wp-content/themes/enfold
3. Update the latest version of the enfold theme downloaded from themeforest. Before deleting the enfold folder please back it up in case you have added any modifications and require to transfer it later.
No theme settings will be affected but only if you have modified any php files and added any code it will be lost.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.av-inner-masonry .avia-arrow { display: none !important; } .av-caption-on-hover .av-masonry-item-with-image .av-inner-masonry-content { opacity: 0; filter: alpha(opacity=0)!important; } .av-masonry-entry.av-masonry-item-with-image .av-inner-masonry-content { -webkit-transform: rotateX(0deg)!important; transform: rotateX(0deg)!important; }Best regards,

I checked your site for any plugin conflicts but everything seem to be normal. I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

VinayHi,
The maps are showing up fine on the URL provided. However you are using an old version of the theme. If you do not see the update options Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

VinaySeptember 2, 2016 at 9:03 am in reply to: Google maps working in footer but not in Avia Layout Builder #681192Hi!
I tried to create a new API key but it came up with a UrlAuthenticationCommonError
For more info on this please refer to https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages
It might be because the old API key is still active. Please delete all old API key’s and create a fresh API key using the URL format suggested in the docs
*.orendarealestate.com/*and give it up to 24 hours it should work for you.Regards,
VinayHi,
I checked your site again and there are a couple of jQuery errors. I understand you already re-installed the theme files but this issue is mostly due to currpot files please download a fresh copy of the theme from themeforest and re-place the wp-content/themes/enfold folder manually it should fix this issue – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the info. Please try using the Easy Slider or the FullScreen slider which is built into the theme and is fully responsive. You have a simple slider layout and it can be easily duplicated using the Avia Sliders instead of the LayerSlider. LayerSlider is not that responsive, you might need to hire a freelance developer or designer to target all layers and make it responsive using Media Queries.

VinaySeptember 2, 2016 at 5:19 am in reply to: Google maps working in footer but not in Avia Layout Builder #681099Hi,
We have updated the documentation while setting up the API key make sure to add * before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.
Example *.kriesi.at/*You also need to delete old API key’s to avoid conflict.
If you have already done this and still have an issue we need to take a closer look Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

VinayHi,
Please do not make changes to any php files. Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.
While setting up the API key make sure to add
*before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.Example *.kriesi.at/*

Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services

Hey dmont23,
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
VinayHey Rachel,

#top .avia-slideshow-arrows a { color: #262626!important; } .avia-slideshow-arrows a:before { background: transparent!important; background: rgba(0,0,0,0)!important; }Best regards,

A plugin must have crashed and taking your site down with it please access the wp-content/plugins folder via control panel > file manager or via FTp and rename the plugin folder to plugins-old and your site should be back up.

Hey Marcel,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Please try using a plugin like
https://wordpress.org/plugins/mlr-timeline/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/jeba-horizontal-timeline/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/timeline
Best regards,
