VinayHi,
It’s possible a html tag is not closed properly hence some browsers do not render correctly. Please create a test page and add a few elements make sure all html tags are closed properly and let us know if it looks good on safari. If it does work please re-create the page with correct opening and closing html tags.

VinaySeptember 9, 2016 at 10:26 am in reply to: No Images and Text in the Blog view when using the Avia Editor #684097Hi,
Sorry but it’s not clear what exactly are you trying to do? If you switch to default editor from ALB it will show you shortcode for the ALB elements.
You can aslo activate he debug mode to view the shortcode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

VinayHi,
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

VinayHey FCFtony,
Try using multiple masonry galleries with each gallery showing only one catogery. Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

VinaySeptember 9, 2016 at 8:33 am in reply to: Add small logo image upper right corner of special heading element? #684063Hey kilimats,
To add a image on the special heading please turn on custom css class name support http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Add a custom class name to special heading.
use a pseudo element to place the image.
Example https://codepen.io/vinnie/pen/amvojg
Note you cannot control the pseudo element image size in css. You need to have the correct image size.

This is not related to the theme but let’s find out what is causing this error.
1. Deactivate all active plugins.
2. Switch theme to a default wordpress theme like 2016 or 2015.Let us know if you still see the error.

VinayHey Yoolia,
I checked your site did not get any popup. It probably was a caching issue in case any user report to you with pop on the site without a close button please advice them to hard refresh.
Users may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

VinaySeptember 8, 2016 at 11:29 pm in reply to: Enfold Google Maps Widget troubleshoot. Map wont link location #683920Hey sgtsantos03,
Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link
If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.
While setting up the API key make sure to add
*before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.Example *.kriesi.at/*

Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services
Best regards,
VinayHey sgtsantos03,
The reference site is not opening Please add the “Free Quote” as a main menu item in Appearance > Menu and select the menu style as button.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#menu-item-49 {display:none}Best regards,
VinayHi,
We modified the code in functions.php as below
function mobile_menu_social_icons(){ ?> <script> jQuery(window).load(function(){ var htmlString = jQuery('#header_main .social_bookmarks').html(), mobileMenu = jQuery('#mobile-advanced .menu-item-top-level-5'); mobileMenu.after('<ul class="noLightbox social_bookmarks">' + htmlString + '</ul>'); }); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_footer', 'mobile_menu_social_icons');Added the below in Styles.css
/* Mobile menu social icons */ #mobile-advanced .social_bookmarks { display:inline-block!important; } #mobile-advanced .social_bookmarks a:before { top: 2px!important; margin-left: -13px!important; } #mobile-advanced [data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello']:before { font-family: 'entypo-fontello'; } #top .social_bookmarks li a:before, #mobile-advanced .social_bookmarks li a:before { -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; -moz-osx-font-smoothing: grayscale; font-weight: normal; content: attr(data-av_icon); speak: none; } #mobile-advanced ul.social_bookmarks li, #mobile-advanced ul.social_bookmarks li a{ border:0!important; clear:none!important; float:left!important; max-width:30px; display:inline-block!important; } #mobile-advanced .social_bookmarks li a:before { color: #666; font-size: 30px!important; font-size: 20px; }The latest version is 3.7.1 if you do not find the update option in the theme Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

VinaySeptember 8, 2016 at 7:33 pm in reply to: Color Section not appearing properly – not working in Internet Explorer #683858Hi,
There were a few incomplete html tags and whitespace with -150px which was pushing everything up and under the menu in IE but did not render in other browsers. I have removed it and corrected the incomplete html tags in the custom message added in the text box. Please review the site and let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Steps taken to correct the issue.
1. Deactivated W3 total Cache and content protect for troubleshooting purpose.
2. Corrected syntax errors in custom css which will cause conflict.
3. added the below code to custom css
#header.av_minimal_header .avia_mega_div { left: 0!important; }Please review the site and let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided has limited role. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
Vinay -
