Please use pastebin.com to share code.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

VinayHi,
Not sure why this happened. It could be because of a plugin conflict. in case the issue persist please try updating manually as suggest in the link.
Delete the old enfold folder via FTP (Please backup any changes made to the theme files).
Download a fresh copy from themeforest and upload the extracted enfold folder to the themes folder.
Please revert back to us if you have any questions.

VinayHi,
The CSS code should be added to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
We added the below code to quick css.phone-top { color:#FFF; font-size:30px; font-weight:600; } .email-top { color:#FFF; font-size:14px; font-weight:200; } #header .widget { right: 20%; padding-top: 50px; position: absolute; top: 0; transform: translate(10%); z-index: 999; } @media only screen and (max-width:480px) { #header .widget { right: 0%; padding-top: 0px; position: absolute; transform: translate(0%); z-index:9999; } }and in the Appearance > Header Widget area added the below html
<span class="phone-top">1300 832 658</span> </br> <span class="email-top"> (Email address hidden if logged out) </span>Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHi,
I would love to help you but due to all the custom modifications it’s going to take a lot of time. Try to remove all the custom code and add the css one block at a time to see which code is causing this issue.
Let us know if this helps.

VinayHey!
Please add “custom-icons” to the 1/3 elements as well. I have added it to the first 3 icons and check it works fine.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey Alessandro,
There are some changes made by WordPress and Google with ref to jQuery and API key’s which might not work. We strongly recommend using the latest version of Enfold 3.7.1 as those issues are addressed.
If you do not find the update option in your theme Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

VinayHi,
1. Delete all old API key’s from your google account.
2. Disable caching plugin on your site which will load old API key.
3. Create a new API key and make sure to add you domain name in the below format *IMPORTANT*.domain.com/*4. Delete all google map elements from the page that was built using ALB and re-create the elements.
Everything should work fine. If you still have any issue post your google credentials and working WP login details so we can take a closer look.
Best regards,

September 10, 2016 at 9:23 am in reply to: How to fix the problem with the fetch coordinates? #684467Hi,
Setps taken to resolve the issue:
1. Disabled WP Super cache which will load your old API key.
2. Created a new TEST API KEY and added it in Enfold > Google Service. Please delete all old API key’s from google account and create a new API key by following the steps provided in the documentation
Activate WP super cache after you insert the new API created from your account. The script in google services is also causing an issue so I have removed it for testing purpose and added it below.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
As an alternative you can add the parent menu link in submenu again by creating an extra menu item.
Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have more questions.Best regards,
VinayHi,
I have created a test API key and added it in Enfold > Google Services > API Key and everything works great!
Please delete all old API key’s and follow the steps as described in the documentation and it should work fine for you.
Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link
If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.
While setting up the API key make sure to add
*before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.Example *.kriesi.at/*

Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services

VinaySeptember 10, 2016 at 8:57 am in reply to: Enfold update 3.7.1 Google map function does not work #684461Hi,
We are releasing a new update to match the changes made by google. Request you to kindly wait a few more day’s and update the theme. Everything should work fine for you :)
If you have any issue with the other site let us know the link to it and credentials so we can take a look at it.
Best regards,
VinayHey Arrastia,
The images appear to be cut off because it has to fit the height and width of the container. Please modify the slider images and have more gap on the top and bottom so the main content of the image will appear in the center and won’t cut off.
Best regards,
VinayHey telorenzo46,
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

Please add the below css
.av-rotator-text { width: 100% !important; text-align: center!important; }Best regards,
VinayHey vinayb,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me.
Please try the below steps
1. Enable custom css class name http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
2. Add class name “custom-icons ” to the icon box.
3. add the below css to Enfold > general Styling > Quick css@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .custom-icons { padding: 0 !important; }}Best regards,
